This is an exclusive Pro feature unique to SubbyLive. If a worker forgets to clock in or out, authorised managers can create a secure Phantom Check In or Phantom Check Out. Launching late 2026, Phantom Check In / Out will also work automatically — using GPS to detect when a worker enters or leaves a site's geofence and recording their attendance without any manager action needed.
Provides a complete audit trail while preventing payroll disputes and maintaining transparency. Only users with Administrator permissions can create Phantom entries.
